i've realized that whenever a teen that's likw 15 years old starting lifting weights, they keep their baby face by 18/19 and are sort of recessed. whilst people who are extremley recessed and start lifting weights PAST 18 get major bonemass and development in their face. does this have anything to do with the concept of newbie gain's side effects especially on underdeveloped teenagers? i'm 15 atm and just started going to the gym but i'm terrified of having a horrendous skull and recession at 18 that's disproportionate to my body.

These are just schizoid delusions. Lifting at any age won’t change the bonemass in your face (unless you smash ur face with the plates:feelspepo:)

seeing a few people who fit these descriptions doesn't mean it is what usually happens

false cause fallacy
