Also averages require some counting. It's easy to think 1 in 10 is not that many people on block of 20 people, or a crowd of 50 but that is going to be 90th percentile. The average person in any moderately populated city is walking past way more than 10-20 people on a daily basis but pass a few guys who are 6'3 and that's all you can think about. Hell in a dense enough city on single day you can pass quite a few foids who are that height.
