To women maybe but a lot of races are that on average including some varities of the white race.
The tallest whites are the danes due to yamnaya dna there diets were very muvh largely based on animal meats so they grew taller over the few thousand years of expansion.
The shortest whites from what im aware is probably near southern Europe due to Anatolian farmer genes which isnt as good for height genes.
