can’t believe this shit man. used to think ray peat niggas were all retarded eating triple digit amounts of sugar, randomly eating coconut oil and all of the other absurd shit. never would’ve thought i’d be doing the same jfl. carnivore + some ray peat truly is peak nutrition. i was wrong to think that only consuming milk carbs were good enough. only gonna be eating coconut oil and drinking large amounts of oj tho and maybe some carrots, rest of the diet i’m not sure about yet.
