I've spent the past 3 years of my life rotting

I was rlly addicted to weed since I was 17, smoking morning to night. I spent 3-4 years doing nothing but doomscrolling, binging youtube vids, and gooning. I'm 21 now and I feel very lost even though I quit smoking. I have really bad social anxiety and struggle to maintain eye contact or hold conversations without phenibut.

I'll be graduating with a joint degree in Economics and Politics this year but I have no experience, never worked a day in my life, and have never done internships. I didn't attend any lectures so I essentially have no knowledge on the subject any more than ChatGPT.

I would appreciate some advice from any oldecels on the forum. Wtf am I supposed to do?

For me I struggle with eye contact
I don't mean I don't like holding eye contact or it makes me anxious, I just forget to jfl, and have to remind myself
I look reeally aspie when I'm having a full conversation with my friend and I'm just looking away from them the entire time

I had no money to pay for surgery, but at least I learnt how to diy aqualyx and botox in my uni bathroom
