I don’t eat many, I’ll usually get around 50 grams now

but I have started including a lot of stuff like bell peppers, carrots, honeydew, cantaloupe, celery, romaine lettuce, etc. I try to keep it low oxalate/phytic acid and to stick to fruits/veg with a higher ph for teeth. Obviously organic only. i try to get a lot of vitamin c, various carotenoids, etc
i don’t eat anything acidic like citrus and i don't eat any sugar syrups like honey/maple syrup, idk why some animal basd people are so ok with that. it’s hardly different that just eating corn syrup. I try to ensure any carbs consumed come packaged with fiber.



this along with raw meats/organs/fish/shellfish/eggs is my entire diet
i feel happier doing this than a full on carnivore diet

inb4 grr this doesnt change ur looks!!!! why do anything unless its about looks!!!


and ok sorry excuse me for caring about my health and wanting to enjoy life

I’m cutting with carbs and still losing weight
Carbs prevent muscle tissue breakdown better than protein
