I’ve suddenly developed dandruff and have become quite bloated out of nowhere. Ideas?

Couple days I’ve been quite bloated in the face now, came out of no where and no real changes to my diet. Same routine as per.

However I have just noticed that I have quite a lot of dandruff buildup and my face is quite bloated.

Is this due to what I am eating? I feel like it’s the only real explanation as I haven’t changed anything else.

Very weird. Also being this bloated is pure suifuel.

what are you eating and can u help me how to debloat... when i go to hotter countries i eat like shit and face is still slim but when i comeback to the US i get bloated asf even trying to diet

Could be a fungal infection bro. Bloat may or may not be related, but dandruff is good sign for fungal related problems. Is your stomach area unusually bloated as well (not fat, so if you're fat this won't help)?

If it's just your face, the bloat could be from high histamine from your body fighting an infection (dandruff and other accompanying shit trying to fight your immune system).

I'm dealing with something similar, and possibly more severe, so I've been reading while trying to figure out a permanent fix to my problem. Do you have a history of heavy antibiotic use (from a surgery or something like that) and bad diet?

Your answer might help me in trying to fix my shit jfl and your issue as well

My diet is really mid sometimes I eat good and clean some days I eat junk food but it came on really suddenly like over night and now the dandruff has started.
I’ve never used antibiotics
