My jaw has gone lopsided in the last year as u can see

u should grow ur hair out again .Looks better.

Mewing is pretty much cope depending on how old u are.If u are under 18 u can still see some gains after years.Jaw trainers work but don't overtrain ur jaw .Cause it would look blocky then

U probably only chew on one side.Start chewing on both or on the other side.And if u only sleep on one side .Start sleeping on ur back or ur other side
