Easiest way by far is through family, if you know a mechanic, or rather something low skill that would benefit from the help of your two hands, ask if you could help them for money
or you can try to find a job outside but idk child labour laws in romania, find a service (restaurant, shop or smth) that is open on the hours you can work and ask them if they could hire you (probably will say no since you're 15)
this is for short term
for a mid-long term, you can try social media, make memes, edits or smth on tiktok for monetization and on instagram if you do looksmax/blackpill meme you should get sponsoring from cope looksmaxxing brands.
this takes longer and you will have to create "quality" content for some time before you get any roi

You can get hgh for like 40 cents per iu but if its still too expensive there are alternatives (cjc no dac / ipamorelin / ghrp 6 for example) but i can't help you that much as I'm still researching different compounds myself but just know there are alternatives
