He also says that it’s BS if you feel like you’re wasting your life by playing videos games and not NTmaxxing/doing alpha hobbies because he says “your life will be wasted either way”. There's nothing more important than novelty, change and experiencing real human connection - even if that means just making 1 really cool friend who you trust, having a new social outlet where you meet the same people (even if they're turbonormies), at least you tried to make EFFORT in your 30s.

He is trapped and fooled by nihilism indeed. No gf and scared to meet anyone, and at a massive disadvantage due to looks, height and past trauma. Don't be fooled, all of it is coping. Isolating and playing video games alone is a GUARANTEED LIFE WASTED.
