Well you can have downturned inner eyebrows based on either upturned outer eyebrow or downturned inner eyebrow.

Downturned inner eyebrows usually form from glabella bossing in puberty, thus making it masculine. I am a fan of the villain eyebrow look that (especially the latter) creates but it does seem to look a bit strange on elordi. Maybe it's because im used to seeing his usual downturned eyebrows, but you cannot deny that is eye region looks "off" in the morph.,

It might even be the canthal tilt tbh, you upturned the lateral canthus instead of downturning the medial canthus.
