Janitor at my work tried to kill himself by drinking bleach

So at the end of my shift an ambulance turned up to the store. Apparently the cleaner whos a 6’3+? old guy drank bleach to try to kill himself. I dont know him very well, but all my co workers all had a feeling that there was something very off about him because he always seemed somewhat depressed/gloomy and i had never seen him speak to anyone. Still the news was very shocking to me. He survived tho but the management wont let him join back to work since hes a threat or something like that.
