To fix the declining population of Japan two things need to happen

1. Their culture, the beliefs of the people need to change, i mean go ask a 25 year old young japans male. They are not even thinking about getting children.. just to achieve work goals

2. Getting children need to cost less, maaybe some news laws that parents can get extra money
