Yes, in China it's rare but I've also seen the same thing. Had a few full blooded Chinese students out of the thousand that I taught who had natural hazel eyes and blonde hair.

Not like that stupid. I'm talking about 8 year olds. Public schools in China would never allow students to die their hair. Immediate expulsion and parents would probably be arrested.
