idk, i think this height thing is more genetics than anything if u have the minimum nutrition to reach it
maybe sports and proper sleeping(not a fucked one) help with like 5cm or so
my brother and I, same conditions, he is extremely "lazy" to sports and shit, and he is 190cm, I am 178cm

my cousin who lives with me is going to be 14 in January, and he's about my size. That's why I asked you, just to have an idea.
