When companies send out a job notice for a position, 99% of the time they already have
the person for the job: mainly an internal person who kissed the managers ass, or their friends and family.
Whoever gets called to an interview is just to make it look like they gave the public a fair chance. i have been
on both sides of the equation. Times i knew i had the job already since i knew the big managers there and times
where i realized they already had their person.
Also anyone with common sense would private their social medias if they are applying or working a job.
Jason had to write a thesis this morning to explain this, his ego is so high, trying to look high and mighty on here.
Also most people working a job are mediocre with shit quals and experience, just there cuz their friend
is the HR manager or part of the admin or board of the company. Their resumes and background checks dont
matter for them.
