A few days ago @Jatt told me that he felt Test E kicking in - more strength in the gym is the telltale sign

But since then he has been spamming this place with obese women and posting like a 18 year old girl who's boyfriend just broke up with her.

This is typical elevated e2 that spikes after week 4 on Test E - when the enanthate saturates, e2 tends to hit its peak as well.

E2 starts climbing the second you pin your first dose of Test

- Test aromatizes linearly, not by receptor saturation
- AR saturation doesn't block aromatase

So there are a lot of conflicting opinions on this, many people will say "Don't take an AI unless you get sides"

I strongly disagree with this because the MAJORITY OF E2 SIDES ARE NOT VISIBLE

I am actually dealing with E2 sides myself although I'm taking twice the amount of gear as Jatt

The way I know my E2 is climbing is my BP will be higher even on 40 mg Telmisartan and I will have high nighttime cortisol causing me to wake up at night


How do we solve this?

- Take an AI starting with your first dose of Test E but keep it to 6.25 mg on pin days that's the lowest dose
- See how you feel for the first two weeks, If you experience any of these sides: bloated face, acne, sleep issues, emotional, etc. then bump the dose by 1/4 tab which is 6.25 mg and keep it to pin days only


The entire point of running 500 test as your first AAS cycle is so you can understand how your body aromatizes and build a baseline for more advanced cycles

Furthermore, Jatt is obese and his diet consists of pizza and butter chicken so at his body fat he will aromatize even more and become an E2 factory

He is basically doing everything wrong on cycle

So if you want to stop these sides, start taking Aromasin 6.25 mg on pin days, see how you feel and go from there.

Stop bulking, you already are obese, and eat at maintenance

Do 30 min cardio daily MINIMUM to improve nutrient partitioning and prevent fat gain

Clean up your diet no more CURRY and pizza, eat chicken, yogurt, fruit, eggs, rice
only
Take a probiotic for gut health, multivitamin, fish oil, citrus bergamot, and coq10 for lipids

Ima get my e2 checked soon but im afraid im experiencing the emotional part and sometimes feelings of unmotivation ..

One thing that seems to help me a lot with motivation/energy is I keep my carbs low on cycle and opt for higher protein

So basically I eat most of my carbs preworkout and postworkout, breakfast is just yogurt and eggs and lunch is chicken with a bit of rice

That way I dont get the lethargy that comes with slamming carbs all day and also prevent a lot of fat/water gain and recomp better

The biggest reasons I've heard online is that crashing your e2 levels is way worse than latter

With a low dose like 6.25 mg Aromasin it's hard to crash E2. That's why I recommend starting with a very low dose and seeing how you respond to it. If you feel dry joints or other low E2 sides you can drop the Aromasin and your E2 will recover within a week

Ok fr thanks for the help but I pin 3x a week so should I take aromasin 3x a week?
what u shouldve done is started at a lower dose and titrated up until u noticed e2 side effects, pinned everyday, and not used hcg

Ok fr thanks for the help but I pin 3x a week so should I take aromasin 3x a week?
Aromasin: 6.25 mg × 2 times/week = 12.5 mg/week total

If you want to take it 3× per week instead, you split the 12.5 mg weekly total into 3 doses.

Weekly total ÷ 3

12.5 mg ÷ 3 = ~4.17 mg per dose

So your 3× weekly dosing becomes:

4 mg Aromasin per pin day (Mon/Wed/Fri or whatever your pin schedule is).

You can found it to 4 mg per dose

Yeah it’s mostly genetics like everything. Injecting yourself with testosterone if you already have bad muscle building genetics is useless. And you risk your organs and health for nothing. Genetics mogs artificial slop.

no one wants ro spend years in the gym for a mid body+ everyone has diff genetics u showing one person which u dont even know is natty or not doesnt mean everyones body is the same

I noticed that this approach is way more noticeable on gear than natty.

If I eat in a surplus daily (200-300kcal extra per day) with high carbs I get spilled, watery and get worse pumps.

If I eat maintenance or a bit lower on rest days (so lower carbs) and a bigger surplus (+500kcal) on training days coming strictly from carbs, they seem to go the muscles better in my experience.

Maybe something to do with insulin sensitivity, but it’s a nice approach.

I can see how your diet can work for you.

Nice high iq but i will disagree on one that take AI from the starting some people really dont aromatize much,
on 500mg test e per week i didnt needed an AI my e2 was high but still in control got no bloating acne or gyno despite 2.4k ng/dl absolute trough level test concentration meaning my peak was 3-3.5k+
only good genes i got ig

Yeah bro I’m eating at maintenance or even below and gaining size in the mirror while losing fat also gaining lots of strength. I wouldn’t bulk unless I was below 15% bf

Not OP, but HCG is good. No other thoughts should be allowed tbh.

They keep testicles alive in case you ever wanna bring them back. Testicles not only produce testosterone, they do much more.

They produce neurosteroids, which can help you calm down at night, sleep better, feel less anxious during the day, maybe even more concentration, and much more.

Only side effect is it can increase E2, but you should know how to manage that. It will increase your Total and Free Testosterone too.

If you can’t afford it then don’t run it if you don’t want to. But you are missing out 👍🏻

Yes, it is. When I take too much AI, my mood becomes horrible & I can’t do anything without getting extremely irritated. Workouts suck too, you feel weak flat & fragile in the joints.
