A few days ago @Jatt told me that he felt Test E kicking in - more strength in the gym is the telltale sign
But since then he has been spamming this place with obese women and posting like a 18 year old girl who's boyfriend just broke up with her.
This is typical elevated e2 that spikes after week 4 on Test E - when the enanthate saturates, e2 tends to hit its peak as well.
E2 starts climbing the second you pin your first dose of Test
- Test aromatizes linearly, not by receptor saturation
- AR saturation doesn't block aromatase
So there are a lot of conflicting opinions on this, many people will say "Don't take an AI unless you get sides"
I strongly disagree with this because the MAJORITY OF E2 SIDES ARE NOT VISIBLE
I am actually dealing with E2 sides myself although I'm taking twice the amount of gear as Jatt
The way I know my E2 is climbing is my BP will be higher even on 40 mg Telmisartan and I will have high nighttime cortisol causing me to wake up at night
How do we solve this?
- Take an AI starting with your first dose of Test E but keep it to 6.25 mg on pin days that's the lowest dose
- See how you feel for the first two weeks, If you experience any of these sides: bloated face, acne, sleep issues, emotional, etc. then bump the dose by 1/4 tab which is 6.25 mg and keep it to pin days only
The entire point of running 500 test as your first AAS cycle is so you can understand how your body aromatizes and build a baseline for more advanced cycles
Furthermore, Jatt is obese and his diet consists of pizza and butter chicken so at his body fat he will aromatize even more and become an E2 factory
He is basically doing everything wrong on cycle
So if you want to stop these sides, start taking Aromasin 6.25 mg on pin days, see how you feel and go from there.
Stop bulking, you already are obese, and eat at maintenance
Do 30 min cardio daily MINIMUM to improve nutrient partitioning and prevent fat gain
Clean up your diet no more CURRY and pizza, eat chicken, yogurt, fruit, eggs, rice only
Take a probiotic for gut health, multivitamin, fish oil, citrus bergamot, and coq10 for lipids
