Jaw Angle Implants vs Jaw Filler

Thoughts? One thing clear that stands out to me is never do implants for vertical height recipe for something bad. For width I really don't know whats the better option. Is the surgeon more important or the plan for implants? Tough to find good implants results if you have any attach here.

Minimal to no downtime with immediate results:

no not with proper upkeep it wont only issues I see is 5 years down the line if too much volume is added repeatedly without allowing old filler to fully metabolize the skin will stretch. This will lead to you needing more filler just to keep the skin from looking saggy.

I’ve been abusing fillers for a year and a half and there’s no migration, I think that’s one of those issues you run into with shitty injectors

I suggest fillers over implants because you can fully choose how the result comes out, there’s no downtime or swelling, and it looks good

Implants are better because they are permanent, that’s about it. Sometimes it takes multiple revisions to be satisfied with the result which is expensive as shieet
