Why do they never look good in front profiles I searched for multiple before and afters and they always look too square or just too wide

Most jaw implants are off the shelf in silicone.The ones who get custom made peek implants have only been recently done.The good ones will also almost never show results because why would you

Some I’ve seen just from google search or instagram before and afters and also Facemetrics’ jaw angle implants look off too,
But his look great on his side profile unlike the others I’ve seen.
