One of the key reasons I am here is to fix my assymetry in my face which I believe is holding my face back. My assymetry stems from my jaw where one mandible on the better side is directed more outwards giving a more wider look Meanwhilst my other side my mandible is pointing more inwards. My chin is slightly slanted and my zygos stick out a bit more on my wider side.

Could anyone tell me what I have and how I could possibly fix it

Do you have a midline deviation in the teeth?

Yes. Bottom line deviates slightly to my right (your left)
That's the reason behind most of your asymmetry, get an orthodontist to correct your midline deviation and it'll fix most of your problems.

i do have it but its like slightly is it fixable with no surgery?
Yes, with camouflage orthodontics (braces, elastics, miniscrews), it is fixable but it's gonna cost you money ofcourse.
