Jaw asymetry

If my lower jaw is pointing more to the right and my lower teeth is more to the right then the midline shold i train my left or right jaw muscle? I also have more holow cheak on the right side.

u probably just have a palate assymetry (crossbite). common amongst people with narrow palates, get MSE if this is the case

Yes, but they can do other expansion methods. They can use something that exerts a way higher pressure to split the suture (I believe)
