the left side as you can see is a bit more narrow so you fix this via mewing but since you have tongue tie i would suggest either doing myofunctional exercises or lingual frenulum surgery via scissors or laser and that will fix the crowding of the teeth, which in turn fix the asymetry you were talking about, mewing and tongue mobility is key here, mark as solution
