no thats not what i mean i cant really explain it but i saw a video once when after long time of hard jaw clenching your jaw is "stopping" developing i know i know thats stupid but something like that i cant really explain it cause my english is bad and i cant find good words ik it sounds like a bullshit but something similar to that

Jaw clenching improves your lower third. You have to do it up and forward though.
A slight clench is actually good, but too much will ruin your aesthetics. It's better to combine it with chewing hard gum while at the gym, and mewing. Otherwise you won't necessarily look better, but it also depends on your looks level and stage of development. Very recessed people are almost always benefitted from it. Harmony is key after all.
