Same bro, I had this for like 2 weeks on the right side of my jaw now, at first I was also experiencing pain while eating, but it's gone now. I still hear the clicks tho. I am still going to continue chewing gum for at least 30 minutes every day, hope it doesn't get any worse.

yeah the thing is that ive had it for a year now and i never experienced any pain so im not sure whats causing the clicking

I had this for a while like two years ago. Went to a specialist and he said that its normal and to chew softer foods and it will go away (which it did)
