everyone on here love to hate on jaw exercises calling it cope. but some DO work.

For example doing High Speed jaw openings for sets of 20x3 2 times a day will raise your hyroid "significantly" according to this study:


im gonna use my chat gpt plus to do some deep internet research on other jaw exercises that work will get back to everyone.

Nice,I was just looking for an exercise to implement into my routine
 
according to this study
stfu you have never done them and claim they work bc you read some black pill propaganda study from pathetic jews. btw the study says the participants were around 75 which means there hyoid bone is low cause the muscles got weaker over those many years. they also had symptoms for some stuff. they had a good hyoid palecement genetically and just had to train their muscle to get it back. but with 15 your hyoid muscles are good and if your normal hyoid position, the genetically, is fucked up you can´t change it.
