People on here will hate on filler but it's more complex than bad/good. It’s a great option in your mid 20s when your face is mostly developed. It’s good for adjustments. I have family members with filler and I can’t even detect it. Just don’t use a huge amount like this dude and you won’t have to face the negatives of filler.
