no, not recessed. I have a deviated septum, need adenoid removal, and have other issues that couldn't be fixed with just septo. The rhino will fix my breathing issues although aesthetically it will just fix the prevalent asymmetry at the nose tip and the slight crookedness of the whole septum

i have been on hgh for 3 months now and I have seen growth in my chin and ramus, not much noticable in my cheekbones, manible and maxilla, but still growth none the less, My nose has gotten slightly bigger, most likely from water retention in hgh, I have also taken some dht steroids so that could also have helped the bone growth
