I think the tiny mouth is a huge failo which is why it definitely looks uncanny to normies. Which means he kind of fucked up. He should've gotten rid of his recession first AND corrected his mouth/palate with MSE etc.

Chances are that in the full context of the rest of his face, it is going to be noticeable -- you don't end up with such a shitty jawline without other features suffering too. Any feature can of course be made to look good individually.

i didn't even know jaw implants were such a big thing before joining this forum and as long as they don't stick out like the ones from the italian-giga-chad i doubt normies would suspect it
