So it will be harder to find a surgeon that can do it without it being giant nothing agaisnt him but turkeys to far need somewhere near cali or mexicoYes titanium implants can lengthen the jaw without adding much widening but special design considerations are necessary since the muscle will not cover the bottom of it

i heard he occasionally works with dr jose garcia pina, who is in mexicoSo it will be harder to find a surgeon that can do it without it being giant nothing agaisnt him but turkeys to far need somewhere near cali or mexico![]()
You need to travel for the best things. No one else will do it as good as the original inventor. So it will be harder to find a surgeon that can do it without it being giant nothing agaisnt him but turkeys to far need somewhere near cali or mexico![]()
I would consult you but I'm scared of looking uncanny or unhuman like unappealingYes titanium implants can lengthen the jaw without adding much widening but special design considerations are necessary since the muscle will not cover the bottom of it

Giant, in your opinion, how long until we see a device that can mimic natural skull and facial growth after the growth plates are closed. Also, do you think we'll see a device that mimics and OBO without having to do OBO. ThxYou need to travel for the best things. No one else will do it as good as the original inventor.
LOL. Keep dreaming.Giant, in your opinion, how long until we see a device that can mimic natural skull and facial growth after the growth plates are closed. Also, do you think we'll see a device that mimics and OBO without having to do OBO. Thx
There are always risk to surgery. No one can guarantee your outcome.I would consult you but I'm scared of looking uncanny or unhuman like unappealing
to what extent can u replace in big surgeries, what happens if someone gets botched in an lf2, tripod or any type of bone shavingThere are always risk to surgery. No one can guarantee your outcome.
Yes they need to pay for revision.to what extent can u replace in big surgeries, what happens if someone gets botched in an lf2, tripod or any type of bone shaving
im guessing its mostly just a money problem much less than a tech issue
since u do big movements and can fix botches for most if not every surgery, how come even most surgeons disregard mtn to chad, obviously base dependent but by now u have to have had a patient go from normie to chadYes they need to pay for revision.
Big movements and big implants cant necessarily make someone chad.since u do big movements and can fix botches for most if not every surgery, how come even most surgeons disregard mtn to chad, obviously base dependent but by now u have to have had a patient go from normie to chad
If i were to consult you for a taller jaw implant what are estimated costs or it all depends on what i really want and do u plan on coming to mexico to peform any surgeries sometime soon?Big movements and big implants cant necessarily make someone chad.
You cant fix every botch fully. "Just _____ Theory" Is an a mental masturbators fallacy. "Just fix the botch theory" Every surgery causes some extent of irreversible harm.
And because patients are difficult to deal with after complications. No surgeon wants to just plan on complications because they are theoretically correctable, having a long line of unhappy patients wasting his time wanting free or heavily discounted revisions. It's a huge disruption to the practice.
I have just a few and they're a fucking drag.
mhm, i should probably clarify, when i meant big movements, rather large impact surgeriesBig movements and big implants cant necessarily make someone chad.

what does "a fucking drag" mean? like... the cases are too prolonged?I have just a few and they're a fucking drag.
by drag he probably meant they are a bit to much and pushy im guessingmhm, i should probably clarify, when i meant big movements, rather large impact surgeries
also with the fixing botch thing, thats what im kinda getting at, the reason pat was a unfixable science project was because of his 20 prior surgeries, if u botch a revision 2-3 times wouldn't they have to wait like... half a year for tissue healing etc
i also sometimes get confused on why u dont expand while maintaining exclusive patent rights & operations on your inventions, doesn't sound motivating handling all cases by ur self

why dont you spend some extra time with patients that are willing to publicize results and make them a chad, there isnt a better advertisement than that
I will not be coming to Mexico, no.W

Because I am a professional and I like doing this. I could stop right now and never work again any time I want. And surgeons could buy my implants but it's 50/50. They have to actually use them correctly.mhm, i should probably clarify, when i meant big movements, rather large impact surgeries

It's an emotional drain, time drain, money drain, and productivity block. Instead of moving on to the next case at full price ur stuck dealing with complications taking even more time & stress than the next case, for free or very little. No one wants complications which is why surgeons dont push the limit. And if they did they charge a huge amount to factor in the probability this will be a high stress, and possibly time consuming case after the fact, when something goes wrong.what does "a fucking drag" mean? like... the cases are too prolonged?

giant has made that much money that u can retire already? or are you talking about a general valuation, i still cant really see how charging 30k for a lf2/3 is profitable considering all the factorsBecause I am a professional and I like doing this. I could stop right now and never work again any time I want. And surgeons could buy my implants but it's 50/50. They have to actually use them correctly.
wtf, how common is it? are they mainly medical complications? i mean, to me, it would make sense morally that if u opt for bigger implants/movements your revision fee is 2x higher due to the risks being less on youIt's an emotional drain, time drain, and money drain, and productivity block. breh, answer my email then, im willing to post full pre/post results here the second my face healsI am now.

Everyone signs the papers but think it cant really happen to them. Some people play the victim after. Just like women removing consent after the factwtf, how common is it? are they mainly medical complications? i mean, to me, it would make sense morally that if u opt for bigger implants/movements your revision fee is 2x higher due to the risks being less on you
Just bump itbreh, answer my email then, im willing to post full pre/post results here the second my face heals![]()
its the same cognitive bias that every mtn here thinks they are special and better looking then the other mtnsEveryone signs the papers but think it cant really happen to them. Some people play the victim after. Just like women removing consent after the fact![]()
i will when i have more for revisions and i can make emergency funds if anything goes wrong medically, admittedly i sent the email when i calculated i had enough for what i wanted but excluded costs of hotels, food, revisions etc, thankfully shouldn't take long to get money for that stuffJust bump it
Curious have there been surgeries that made someone "chad". You think those cases usually have something in common?Big movements and big implants cant necessarily make someone chad.

Do u genuinely think this hahaha. Try looking at nearly EVERY case of before and after of ANY implant and ALL of them look SLIGHTLY uncanny / fake. Let alone full facial implants.Curious have there been surgeries that made someone "chad". You think those cases usually have something in common?
