Jaw Implants Good or Bad overall?

Custom or not a lot of the jaw implants I seen on this site either are over done or look uncanny. I have a somewhat narrow lower 3rd and soft jawline and need something to fix it but I don’t know if the ROI on this is worth it. Could you softmax it instead neck training hyoid training and chewing mastic gum? Would hgh and test for under 21 do the trick and give a little masculinity to the lower 3rd. From what I have seen Genio is the best surgery on this app best roi not crazy expensive simple and ascend. tbh I think bimax might be a little overrated but that’s a diff story. Here’s me if yall can help but also wanna hear what you guys have to think in general about this subject
