been hearing some discourse about jaw implants and I think they aren't all bad. I myself have decided to get them, although in a more conservative manner.
I think that the shit results come mainly from drastic changes, not necessarily because of “bad implant design.”
of course design plays a role, but it seems like this whole “design matters more than size” thing was mostly a myth fabricated by GIANT as a selling point.
because GIANT has nothing else to offer but size and hope (it’s literally in his fucking name). and when a naive rotting incel is lied to by GIANT telling him:

also, most of the overall jaw implant results that we see are from American surgeons doing non-anatomically accurate wrap-around silicone jaw implants for uninformed normies who think:
and that is ultimately where the doubt behind implants comes from.
(in this case I actually agree with GIANT that design matters, because you don’t need to be a designer to know that silicone wrap-around jaw implants aren’t anatomical or well designed.)
which brings me to what I think is the best way to get jaw implants, and how I personally will be getting them.
I think it’s pretty simple:
(I know they are not exactly “designers,” but they influence the overall size and have a lot more understanding than you do.)
and no, don’t just walk into your consult and be like “give me xyz movements” or “give me a Brad Pitt jaw” or some shit like that.
(funnily enough when Ramieri hears this from patients he refuses to work with them and instead refers them to a psychiatrist
)
some case examples:
Take this Ramieri patient — very weak jaw, weak angularity — but then look at his results, and the rough design scan of his implant design:
now compare it to Clavicular’s plan for implants designed by GIANT:
as you can see, the result from the implant for this patient is very good, especially in the front. there is very good angularity, and basciall what you would want from a jaw implant
I bring this up because compared to Clavicular’s implant design, it is very conservative.
and the thing is: Clavicular’s design, compared to most GIANT designs, is conservative — because Clavicular DOESN’T FUCKING NEED JAW IMPLANTS.
moral of the story, discuss it with your surgeon, be conservative but jaw implants are a viable surgery

how fucking convenient is that“it’s possible to get a chad skull, all you need is basically replace it by drastic movements, and actually the size of the implant doesn’t matter, it’s 100% the design that dictates whether something goes bad, and luckily I’m the best designer because I invented some modified obo and I’m not jewish like Taban, you should listen to me”
also, most of the overall jaw implant results that we see are from American surgeons doing non-anatomically accurate wrap-around silicone jaw implants for uninformed normies who think:
and of course, being uninformed, they overdo it — like majority of mainstream cosmetic surgery — and end up looking like this:“oh if I just get a bigger jaw and bigger chin, and conveniently don’t have to do BSSO and genio, I’m going to look so much better”
and that is ultimately where the doubt behind implants comes from.

I think it’s pretty simple:
- be conservative,
- discuss everything thoroughly with someone experienced,
- preferably someone who has actually placed custom implants and has a real, advanced understanding of how designs interact with anatomy.
