Ik obv but like one is cheaper and a chin implant would fix a recessed chin the same way a bimax would

Surgery is better, implants aren’t as high quality in my opinion

Yea they can get infected, but honestly its way more realistic to get unless your genuinely resseced. Isnt recovery like 2 months

If only your chin is recessed why are you even comparing implants to bimax? Anyway genio is better than chin implant.

how the fuck are we meant to know what is the best solution for your anatomy if you don’t send pics?

depends on your skeletal problem

If you have a recessed mandible/maxilla bimax is for you, if you just have a recessed chin or if you need something like zygo implants or jaw implants, then do that

No one can answer that question in general terms.

They are different solutions for for different problems.

Most people actually get the most correction and improvement from combining BOTH osteotomies and implants.

Implants are much cheaper and aren't as genetically bound so for purely cosmetic reasons implants will be better 90% of the time. Surgery for function, implants for aesthetic.

Why not just get genio + zygo and jaw implants.

I meant that as in you can fix a recessed chin with implants, you can’t fix a recessed maxilla with implants

Does jaw angle implants or ramus widening look better in your opinion?
