Introduction
As we all know in PSL, Jaw is law. Your jaw is one of the biggest parts of your attractiveness, it can make or break you. A bad jaw can only be offset by an eye area of legendary proportions.
When you see a good looking male, he usually has a good jaw. You need a good jaw to balance your appearance. Especially as a man. Having a narrow jaw is a feminine trait.
Part 1: What can i do to improve my jaw width?
You can do multiple things to improve your jaw width. Examples are
- Chisell
- Falim
- Mastic
- Free weighting
- Switching to a hard diet
I will go into detail for each tactic i mentioned below starting with
Chisell
Chisell is a thick silicone tab that is chewable. It's small enough to fit onto your molars. Chisell comes in 3 iterations, which are light, medium and tough. If you want to see quick jaw gains, i can only recommend the tough version of chisell. It's hard but not hard enough to completely wear out and destroy your jaw (Unless your entire diet is purely soft and you don't chew anything)
If your chisell eventually wears out, you can contact the company for a replacement. They'll ship it to you for free.

Mastic
Mastic is a greek gum that is purely natural, it's made from tree sap im pretty sure. It comes in crystals and you have to chew them until it resembles gum both physically and texture wise. Mastic is hard and wears out your jaw if you put a big enough wad of it in your mouth. Try to chew on both sides in equal amounts so you don't have noticeable jaw size difference on one side of your face compared to the other.
Unlike chisell, you shouldn't be starting big, even if you want jaw gains. If you're a beginner, you will wear out your jaw too quick and have to take early breaks that last long, which hampers productivity. You should start with 5 tears/crystals at the start and work your way up unless you're experienced with chewing mastic.

Falim
Falim is a turkish gum. It's basically budget mastic. It doesn't come in tears and isn't natural gum. It resembles generic gas station gum. However, falim is very effective. It's hard and will work out your jaw if you put 5 pieces or more in your mouth.
Just like Mastic, chewing on both sides of your mouth in equal amounts is key. Don't start too big if you're a beginner.

Free weighting
Free weighting is an experimental method i picked up from lookism. I said it was experimental a few months ago but i can verify that it works. I've used it and my jaw gains accelerated.
Free weighting basically is you lifting weights with your jaw, preferably dumbbells. I made a thread on how to setup your free weighting exercises and what you need, i'll link it for convienence.
Unlike chewing mastic or falim, making sure that both of your jaw joints get equal force isn't hard while free weighting. This exercise might even train your neck aswell but i can't verify at the moment
Hard diet
This isn't the fastest way to build your jaw, but this will maintain your jaw gains and make you used to chewing things that are more hard and dense. If you're currently on a soft diet, you should mix it up and add some hard foods to your daily routine. Examples are steak, goat, nuts, apples, carrots, etc. Not only are these foods healthy and have vital nutrients, they give your jaw a workout.
Part 2: How should i schedule my chewing?
The rule you should always remember is that you should NOT be chewing for more than 3 hours in a day. Chewing for more than 3 hours a day will drastically increase your chances of getting TMJ.
You can combine chisell + mastic in order to speed up gains or combine chisell + Falim. Combining Falim + Mastic is pointless for obvious reasons.
As for combining free weighting with other methods, You can combine free weighting with something like chisell, i've done it and its worked wonders for me. I've not tested Mastic + free weighting, i can only assume that the gains made with that combo would be great as well.
If you do decide to combine free weighting with your jaw building exercises, you have to limit your time. Free weighting + Chisell, mastic or falim should not exceed 1 hour and a half in a day in order to ensure safety.
You should rest your jaw at least 1 day per week, especially if you're a beginner.
Part 3: What can i expect?
What you can expect is a much more defined and wider jawline due to the development of your Masseter muscle. If you're young enough (Below the age of 20), your bones will even see changes. Bone remodeling will take place due to pressure and stress being placed on the bones in your face, mostly the bones in your lower third. Which will result in changes if you chew for long enough (Say a year or more).
So yes, chewing can ascend your lower third by a good amount.
Part 4: Self testimony
I used to have a jawline that went inwards from my zygos. It was narrow. When i was a kid i also had a narrow jaw. After chewing for some time, My face goes inwards and them pops out where my masseters are. My jaw is nearly the same size as my zygos if not the same size now.. I just have to chisel it by low BFmaxxing.
But yes, chewing works. I noticed big changes after i combined tough bite chisell with my free weighting method (15 pound weight for 10 mins a day was my routine)
Part 5: Experimental
There's multiple things that you can use to assist you in boosting your chewing gains. I didn't try any of these methods so i can't verify and have to put it in the
experimental section.
Things i heard that can potentially boost chewing gains are ( I might be wrong on some)
- HGH
- Steroids
- Peptides
- Vitamin K3 MK4 (Part of vitamin stack)
- Boron (Part of vitamin stack)
- Taurine (Part of vitamin stack)
- Zinc (Part of vitamin stack)
- Vitamin D3 (Part of vitamin stack)
If you try these things while chewing or free weighting and see good results, let me know.
Thats my final looksmaxxing thread.
If a mod could pin this I'd appreciate it. Chewing can help some people
