Technically yes the eyes are the most important (which sounds like a contradiction, but ill explain)
but for most people the variation between their eyes is not that much.
Eyes allow for more variation since there's more components, but a chad tier or subhuman tier eye area is rare.
Honestly how common are wide pfl almond eye shape with other ideals (brows, supras, canthal tilt, eye spacing).
It's rare.
How common is buggy eyes like hamza or really bad NCT or marko jaric eye spacing?
It's rare.
The bell curve is very wide at both tail ends, but the middle region is very tall (most don't differ by that much)
In fact I believe this is why eye colour is so important, since a proper horizontally long and vertically narrow almond eye shape without other big failos is quite uncommon.
However, I believe that large variations within the lower third are far more common.
Ramus height, gonial angle, jaw width, chin projection, chin height, width and angularity.
Wide variations are very common here.
and getting an ideal jaw is far easier with surgery or fillers vs tweaking eyes.
This place always uses the same male models as an example but ill use one unknown model (I dont know who he is) as well as someone normal.
Top is before, bottom edited, just reduced angularity, barely changed jaw width, chin height or width.
From slayer to cuckhold
Look at the angularity and shape on his lower third. This lower third would make probably 80% of men good looking from this alone.
Only men with proper terrible eye regions of ratios would not look good.
Now this next guy, he's older, and has good bones and colouring in general.
Same mogger lower third and jaw and chin shape.
If your ratios are ok and eye area at least average, just forget about the eyes and max out the lower third.
Angularity is law.
