My face is very uneven. I incisor chewed much of my youth until my whore mother told me to use my molars because I eat too slow. Since around 10 I've only really used my molars to chew and I realize recently I mainly use my right molars.

This meal I'm eating right now is hard meat and I try to only use my left molar and I start feeling pain on my right jaw. I think I should be concern about this but I don't know what to do about it.

It seems you are suffering from TMJ disorder. TMJ disorders is temporary and can be relieved with self-managed care or nonsurgical treatments. If you chew with one side.. Your jaw muscle with get weaker in other side.. Thats will make you face to look like uneven.. but thankfully its fixable without needing a surgery.. but if none of those helps.. surgery is last thing to fix the pain.

Its over for you, 9mm to the roof of the mouth is the only option you have now

You probably have overbite like the vast majority, so train your pterygoid muscles pushing your jaw to the position of underbite, push it as far as you can and hold it, like if you're doing a normal isometric exercise.
It help me with the TMJ pain caused by chewing with overbite.
