Whenever i move my jawline to the side then to the other side i hear popping now I'm wondering what causes this. I have an uneven bite my upper teeth are completly aligned fine same with my lower teeth but my upper teeth aren't aligned with my lower teeth so it's not natural for me to have a perfectly aligned bite it's kind of like
You can see here that the 4 teeth in the middle isn't aligned.
I've read that this is caused by jaw assymetry which makes sense because when i put my teeth as close as possible to a symmetrical bite my jaw makes a popping sound when i open my mouth. Now i have a suspicion that this might also have something to do with my maxilla which is recessed too. Braces can supposedly make your maxilla worse and i got this 1 year after i took off my braces. This was around the time when my teeth were more naturally straight after the braces since i have to wear something on my teeth every night to keep them straight so the effect of the braces won't be reversed.
Anyone else got this problem?
