I know it will sound crazy that I want a smaller jaw but I care alot about my front profile and my face is just too long I plan on getting bimax with ccw rotation (I have a bad gonial angle) will it make my face shorter from the front of should I get trimax with ccw rotation to move my chin up a bit or what should I do surgically for less long jaw from the front mainly my side jaw is fine (besides gonial angle) I just want a shorter face

you can get a midface lift, i doubt you have to have everything else since midface plays a big role, but you can still make the most of it

it definetly can help since it causes maxillary projection and improves the infras, also it would look more proportionally nice
