Jaw shape

My jaw looks round to me and idk why or what surgery I could get to make it more angular since implants probably only make me more of a box since my jaw is already pretty wide. Any ideas what i could do (maybe I’m too fat) ?

Looks good but your frontal angle is flat. I mean you cant really do anything about except vline surgery which is ofc bad for skin support reasons and just overall health.

Prob because of the skin, but since you young it would peob reattach, bjt you would basically make ramus shorter. But i mean thats a shitry ass idea. You cant really fix your problem. And its not a problem really

yeah lips are also definitely flawed, but the main flaw (flat jaw aside) is my angularity (I think) and that implants will give me more of a boxy look I thought about chin implants since it’s pretty rounded
