not sure exactly how long ive been chewing falim i made a thread the day i got it so i gues then but i chew it like over 4 hrs a day atleast 3 days a week and my masseters are lil bigger and it is good progresss so far

Do you have to chew falim tho? I don't want to buy gum online, it's effort. Can't I just use normal hard gum?
