what are some good softmaxxes for a weak jaw. many people say chin tucks or neck curls but do these really work and is there anything else?

Progressively overload your chin tucks with weight plates in the gym. Repeated chin tucks without any measurable increases in the strength of your neck muscles likely wont do anything.

When doing chin tucks, focus on making double chins rather than just curling the weight up with your neck. This strengthens the muscles that hold your hyoid bone up.

This study also showed that rapid mouth opening movements can raise your hyoid, potentially giving you a more defined jaw:

what do you mean weak jaw? if you mean weak jaw muscles, then fucking bite on hard gum. if you mean in/outward gonions, it cant be changed. neck curls are for your neck width, basically if your neck really looks small compared to your jaw width, neck curls would be ideal. just hop on fucking roids
