Jaw surgery advice?

I’m getting DJS+genio, orthodontist said so. But I was wondering if the looksmax community has anything to add a black pill perspective to my plan. Particularly interested in implants or quadrangular lefort. And maybe thoughts on rhinoplasty/alarplasty/turbinectomy.

Diagnosis: Narrow palate, high mandibular angle, class III malocclusion, anterior open bite, long anterior lower face, deviated midline of the mandible (2mm), lip incompetence (8mm)

Treatment plan: Segmental lefort 1 + BSSO for yaw correction + genioplasty

Attached pictures for reference. Front profile shows mouth at rest, you can see how the lips don’t close automatically.

looks like a good plan. youll look so much better after treating everything that was diagnosed.

after u recover from surgery, maybe look into implants.

Why not? Would it be better to go for trimax and implants instead?

Double jaw surgery looks like will work out good. Or maybe even just upper maxila, your lower jaw is already out

There has to be BSSO to fix the midline. Whether or not there will be an advancement or setback of the lower jaw remains to be seen. Genioplasty is also necessary. The class III sort of masks the chin recession, but after maxillary advancement it will become more obvious.

Yeah I see what you mean, but it will still look good with just a upper jaw surgery and it will work. Just simply saying that it might be to much if he ads that.

It wouldn't be too much, even the orthodontist said there's no point unless I get DJS+genio.
