Jaw surgery advice

I've got a pretty severe class 3 underbite and am currently doing decomp orthodontics to upright my flared incisors (currently flared to mask severe underbite) with marpe and damon braces. i've scheduled an apt with a maxfac surgeon in 2 weeks, what movements/cuts do you think i need and will realistically get. i'm hopefully wanting a higher cut lefort 1, quadrangular or lefort 2 as im severely recessed in the maxilla, my cbct will show this. i've heard getting marpe allows for more advancement movements, is this true. anyone know any good surgeons in australia that are blackpilled.

I mean hard case, but get decomped as hard as possible upper jaw to tilt teeth straight. Then absolute ruin your nose with high leforte. Then go to a nose rebuilder that build it from the radix and down. Ideally cartillage as paranasal projector and radix build up with rib graft

no you are not, you just think so because your mandible is protruded, this is what the surgeon will tell you

it's a normal asian facial structure, if you just do lefort advancement it's gonna look gigaretarded

why would high lefort ruin my nose

Because you cant handle it ofc, nose is straight and wide already

yeh ig asians are just recessed but my ortho already said i need maxillary advancement and mandibular setback and referred me to an OMFS but i want a higher cut lefort 1 so when they advance me it doesn't dogmax tf out of me and give me chimp lip from the upper maxilla still being recessed and my lower maxilla protruding

yeah it'll widen tf out of nose but i don't have a straight nose it's droopy and hooked, i got a deviated septum so i'm definitely gonna be doing a septorhinoplasty in the future anyway so not too worried about the high cut lf doing anything to my nose
