Ortho report says the following:

• 4 years fixed orthodontic treatment (Damon braces)
• Treatment stopped due to poor elastic compliance
• 0 mm overjet (OJ)
• 0.5 mm overbite (OB)
• Left posterior open bite (Q2)
• Open bite ~3.5 mm at molars
• Restricted envelope of function
• Abnormal swallowing pattern
• Class II left
• Class III right
• Vertical elastics previously used for open bite closure
• Incisal wear of anterior teeth
• Midline discrepancy ~3 mm)
• Bruxism/grinding
• OIR/night splint for protection
• Element 23 root canal after orthodontic discoloration

holy mandible. But yeah you need a functional jaw surgery. There's not gonna be any aesthetic improvement tho

The mandible is due to bruxism, probably need segmental lefort due to 35mm intermolar. These scans were made for custom infra-malar implants which I have a 3d resin model appointment for next month. Might add a genio too.
