Jaw surgery help! Genio or BSSO/Bimax?

Do you think I could get a good result with just a genioplasty and/or implants or is BSSO/Bimax needed. No functional issues apart from having a hard time breathing through my nose sometimes (might be a little schizo about this). Meeting up with a surgeon soon to get scans.

My gonial angle is around 120° its literally within the ideal range. I just need more projection.

I would get djs with it your jaws looks small and a sliding genio to fix that chin angle. I got trimax too. You dont wanna look like that one looksmaxxer with recessed jaws and implants it looks weird and recessed still.

Thanks for the input. I think the pic is making my jaws look even shorter than in irl, but they are definitely narrow and yeah I really wanna avoid looking uncanny. I used to have braces to fix my slighty crowded teeth, but this was done purely for aesthetic reasons. I have always had a perfect bite. No tooth extractions or anything stupid like that.

Trimax is not some magical thing that is necessary as a prerequisite for implants. Your front, unless you have severe recession, especially a form of SFS, will not change. I even doubt it will change that much in OP's case, it doesn't address gonions or anything that is really visible from a frontal

Sure OP actually looks like a recession case, and implants should be considered after. The seemingly bad jaw recession is a bigger falio

Still a lot of upwards head tilt here dude, and it's 70 degrees. But yeah looks like a jaw surgery case.

Got my partial scans here. Never seen a mandible quite like this, my whole chin area seems to be missing . This surgeon suggested a large genioplasty around 10mm forward and around 3mm downwards. He wasn't completely against a trimax either. No bite issues whatsoever and my airway was also quite large. Also my palate width is a brutal ≈ 34mm, so might need to consider a marpe since this is probably whats causing my breathing issues. If any high IQ user can tell me anything about these I would greatly appriciate it. Gonna get a 2nd option from a different surgeon soon and will make sure they scan my whole head this time . Looks like im going to have to pay for everything out of pocket.
