Hey guys long story short, I’m going ahead with jaw surgery revision + facial implants (low bone mass) first surgery was very conservative. I have a steep occlusion and jaw recession etc. If anyone with bimax knowledge could comment or help a niggah out I’d appreciate it ty faggets

I wouldnt do any more bimax, and only go for implants

looks more like lip incompetence seeing that xray.
Yea the only thing thats weird is that his bones looks so none dense. I wonder if he actually have some kind of bone problem. Or that he lost bones from the first leforte 1 and bsso

could be of his age, revision would be even more brutal but nothing else to change his downward growth

Why? I’m fr still quite recessed and dont have any forward growth. My jaws are very down swung my original surgeon did cw on me. It doesn’t look rights implants will help a ton it’s most of the work. But this occlusion is very very bad. U should see my smile lol my teeth incline inward horribly

Age lol? How old you think I am. Also I just have hypo plastic bones small face just low bone mass. But doesn’t help my original surgeon did cw on me.

Nah dude I was unfortunately a heavy mouth breather and really grew a thin low bone mass face. Implants is key. But the occlusion needs to be fixed with the recession. What u think about it and the plan.

Bone density is not due to mouth breathing

Are u serious lol. It literally is atleast forward growth. So why not revision lol
There are people who grow downwards with good bone density, you probably have a genetic condition. And you can do revision. Sont know if its worth though

Tbh bro I get what you’re saying but u can’t tell density from ct scans lol. U can check my 3d imagining tho that’s very different. What do you mean by genetic condition. Are u a doctor? I’ve never had any surgeon mention this lol it’s possible but wdym genetic condition like condition where bones are thin? I’m more curious about the plan
