Some people have the potential to reach Chadlite+ but due to bad habits, bad diet and camouflage orthodontics they haven't reached it, but the thing is, even before surgery they had good eye area, hair etc...
Only thing that's missing for them is proper jaw alignment to ascend the lower third and bring forth their harmony, but most people don't fall into that category and need much more than that, they'll go from subhuman/LTN to MTN/HTN from jaw surgery alone usually
