Unlike few users here, you are a genuine candidate and it will actually make a difference.

I’ve had a MARPE. I will be doing jaw surgery after. MARPE is kind of meh, it will make a slight difference in your appearance. My ortho says I got 10mm? But I have never seen a solid proof/analysis from them.

If you do MARPE, you need to consider SFOT. Plan for both.

MARPE expands the palate. Helps aesthetics. They say it expands airway too.

No ortho when I was younger, just wisdom teeth removal.

No asymmetry for me, but maybe there is a slight one.

Not splitting the suture, asymmetry, gum and teeth problems?

I’m not an expert, but a has a 8 nail device on my maxilla installed while I was a awake lol.
