The result will change after 1-2 months. Posting the result instantly after surgery is misleading.

Also, he needs to lose body fat to look aesthetic. He is easily at +20% hiding the results of the surgery.

I don't understand people who get jaw work done without first dropping as low in body fat as possible.

I mean, what is the doctors explanation for making the chin smaller, like what the heck? He apparently had underbite before, but he looked 50x more masc before the surgery.

And he has some swelling post op on the pictures, after a while his face will become even smaller.

They literally made a chinlet out of a guy with a robust, masculine looking chin. And shaved off his zygos/cheekbones.

Did the guy want to get M2F feminizing surgery or something? Seems like he also got rhinoplasty and lip fillers.
