What i see for a lot of surgery before and afters of asymmetric jaws is that the chin has been moved to the centre line but the jaw itself is still asymmetrical, or is even more so. Is it possible to move the whole of both the upper and lowers jaws to align horizontally? what happens if, for example, one is smaller than the other?

if you even have to consider jaw surgery, it will help you considerably more than chin implant tbhngl

I am considering (im actually certainly intending to get) jaw surgery. im sorry I havent worded this question well. im really asking how likely it is that the surgeon will merely correct the position of my chin, rather than actually moving the jaw as a whole to be more symmetrical? thats my biggest concern about jaw surgery
