Jaw surgery will raise your hyoid bone (water)

I know this is pretty water but I just want to emphasize on this.

The little red thing at the bottom circled in red is the hyoid bone and determines the sharpness of the jawline. Post surgery (on the right picture) you see how its sitting a lot higher now, improving breathing but most importantly your looks. Another factor is genioplasty. If the chin is moved forward, then via the geniohyoid muscle the hyoid bone will also get raised.

The only concern I have is that, if the hyoid bone gets raised to much, could that result into bad swallowing? I guess for me no, cuz mine is already super low, but lets say if you have a normal hyoid bone location but not good looking jawline, it might be that they raise it to high and food could enter your lungs instead of your stomach. I dont know

personally I got a high cut lefort 1 , and he told me he impacted 4-6mm the surgeon was honest with me he told me u cannot predict exactly soft tissue so what he does he assess during surgery, to see if there is still gum show based on this he stops impaction, and he advanced me a couple mm like 2-3 cuz my bite was fine overall, the impaction cause autorotation which forwards mandible and chin , but sadly I think my chin is still a bit behind but its okay , worst case I get filler or just not be a psl autist thinking my chin should be perfect

cuz im swollen like a potato, my nose is full of blood which I am unable to remove even though im using the shit they tell u to put in ur nose on top of this eating is horrible I have no sensation moustache area and upper lip, so a lot of food drip and end up on me , + low energy from the fact I got a little fever its fucked up trust me , people underplay it but its fuckd up thats why I dont think Ama continue hardmax route now I think I ascended, once swelling goes down and thats it doing more becomes pure autism

BSSO, Genioplasty and hyoid suspension are the only ones that raise your hyoid bone as far as i know
